But we all have those friends, siblings and cousins who love to hit the gym even during the holiday season, if you’re one of those people props to you girlfriend! My Favorites
I know this list has a lot of products on it, so I wanted to throw out a few of the ones that I use personally and am completely in love with! Both brands of leggings are amazing quality the only difference really is price point. I will say that the Aerie leggings (#4) offer a lot of support but run slightly small, so if you’re not sure on sizing I would go up one size. One of my other favorites from this list is the black cropped long sleeve (#5). I have this top in gray and have worn it at least once a week since I bought it. I will definitely be asking for it in the other colors for Christmas. Finally, if you are looking for a reasonably priced gift that will be a game changer, the Swell bottle (#8) is hands down the perfect gift for anyone. The quality of these bottles is amazing (I mean keep your water cold for days, amazing) and they come in hundreds of colors and styles so you can find the perfect fit for anyone! My brother got me my Swell a few years ago for Christmas and I am still using it everyday! These are just some of my tried and true fitness faves, but all of the options on this list are high quality and would make the best gifts for your fit friend!

For this guide I got a little advice from the guys in my life and tried to base this guide off of pieces they love. With that being said, some of these picks. come highly recommended by them! My boyfriend raves about his Nike Zoom Running Shoes (#6). He has to wear these to work every single day and they have held up so well, despite the regular wear and tear of his job (he also said they are crazy comfortable). A personal fan. favorite of mine are the black All in Motion Running shorts from Target (#3). I bought these for my brother a few months ago and he wears them constantly, so it’s safe to say that he likes them! Personally, I think they’re super flattering and they’ve held up well for only being $26! And finally, I once again am going to rave about a water bottle lol. This navy Yeti Rambler (#8) is such a good gift for the guy in your life! They are crazy durable and keep your water cold for so long. I also love that the Yeti’s are customizable, it would be such a nice personal touch!
